Injury Report - November 6
Written by supahrevs on November 6, 2009 – 4:52 pm -
The team has arrived in Chicago after a late morning flight out of Boston, and everyone’s currently getting settled at the hotel for a couple of hours before the team dinner this evening. Travel day is also typically a day in which a lot of questions about injuries are cleared up, as it’s decided who travels and who stays behind. Luckily for the Revs, it doesn’t appear as if any new injuries have prevented players from traveling to the Windy City.
Here is the official New England Revolution injury report for Friday, Nov. 6:

The team heads to Chicago today and the anticipation continues to build ahead of Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinal Series. While the Attleboro Sun Chronicle previews tomorrow night’s match, both the Boston Globe and Boston Herald have features on MVP candidate Shalrie Joseph this morning. Kyle McCarthy also looks at the Revs’ Gambian wingers and their increased defensive duties in the away leg of the series in his piece for MLSnet.com.
ESPN Chicago blogger Charlie Corr explores the role discipline will have to play for the Fire, stressing that an attack-minded approach could leave them vulnerable to the Revs’ counter.
Finally, Kyle McCarthy predicts a draw at Toyota Park this weekend and therefore a New England advancement in his Friday MLS Forecast on Goal.com.
