Revolution Newsstand - November 8

The team has arrived back in Foxborough following last night’s disappointing 2-0 loss - and subsequent 3-2 series defeat - at Chicago. After an extended stay at the stadium while Mauricio Castro got his hand stitched up by the doctors, the team returned back to the hotel for a quiet team meal. It was still a bit subdued this morning at breakfast and on the bus headed to the airport, but once we all got moving, everyone began to look ahead. It will be a bit weird tomorrow to return to the stadium and not be slammed getting ready for a Saturday match.

Today’s news obviously focuses on last night’s results, with the general feeling that - as has been said a lot of the season - just a couple of crucial mistakes - cost the team not only the game, but also the series.
