Whether you’re snowed in or just taking time away from your work, we have some news around the league for you today. Kyle McCarthy checks in on the preseason success that Seattle is having in the area of ticket sales. MLSnet.com looks at the success that three clubs found on Saturday in preseason match-ups. And what happened in former Revolution defender Michael Parkhurst’s debut in Denmark can be found at Goal.com. 

In McCarthy’s Monday MLS Breakdown, the focus is on Seattle and it’s ticket sales. Are they setting the bar too high? Also a look at the March 2 roster deadline and other notes around the league.

Dylan Butler checked in with how a few MLS clubs faired in preseason games on Saturday. The Revolution and Dynamo picked up wins over USL-1 teams in the Lone Star State, while Sounders FC drew with CED Rosario in Argentina.

From Goal.com, Shane Evans looked at Michael Parkhurst’s first start with Nordsjælland. In the  42nd minute, Parkhust was fouled, which drew a red card for the opposing player. His club went on to draw 1-1.
