injury_reportOne of the final pieces of business before tomorrow night’s game against the Galaxy is the Friday injury report, which we bring to you with good news.

In an improvement from Tuesday, one player is off the list completely while the other four remain on the list in the same spots, with no additions.

Here is the New England Revolution’s official injury report for Friday, Aug. 7:

PROBABLE: Shalrie Joseph (R knee cartilage defect/bone bruising)

QUESTIONABLE: Edgaras Jankauskas (L adductor strain)

OUT: Chris Albright (L lateral meniscus tear/bone bruising), Taylor Twellman (Disabled List: concussion)

Off the list is Gabriel Badilla, who had previously been listed as “Questionable” with a right adductor strain. After easing back into training, Badilla has taken full part in all team activities the past few days and appears to have fully recovered from the injury.

Still “Probable” is Shalrie Joseph, who has appeared as a second-half substitute in each of the Revolution’s last three games while recovering from bone bruising in his right knee. Joseph trained all week and took part in all team activities today as he aims to take some part in tomorrow’s game.

Edgaras Jankauskas is still listed as “Questionable” with a left adductor strain, but he’s also seen increased activity in training recently and was able to take part in virtually all team activities the past two days.

“Out” are Chris Albright (L lateral meniscus tear/bone bruising) and Taylor Twellman (Disabled List: concussion).

Hey best team, I wish you all the best for your Saturday game versus L.A. Galaxy. They might have the best midfielder in MLS, but you are the better team overall. Just use your opportunities better than a week ago.
I will watch your game at home (at 12 PM MEZ) to support you. Go ahead Revs!

    Best wishes from Switzerland
