Castro earns Honduras call up
Written by supahrevs on December 30, 2008 – 2:55 pm -Congratulations are in order for Mauricio Castro, who will join the Honduras National Team in Miami on Thursday, Jan. 1, for training camp in preparation for the 2009 UNCAF Nations Cup, which Honduras will host beginning on Jan. 22. Full details are available in the official press release.
Mauricio’s made four previous appearances for Honduras - all during the 2007 UNCAF Nations Cup - so here’s hoping he can add to that total early in 2009.
